Getting Around in Budapest
Budapest has an excellent public transport system, including metro, trams, and buses. The best way to move around is by using the BudapestGO app, which allows you to buy tickets and plan routes. Taxis are available, but always use official ones (e.g., Bolt or Főtaxi/Uber). Walking is also a great way to explore the city, especially in the historic center.
Accommodation
Since our wedding venue is located close to the city center, there are plenty of great accommodation options, including hotels, apartments and Airbnb. If you are traveling with a larger group, apartments and Airbnb are a more budget-friendly option.
Since Budapest is a popular tourist destination, we recommend booking your accommodation in advance. If you need any help or advice, feel free to reach out!
